If something goes wrong with a purchase, we want to put it right. Contact [email protected] with your order number, purchasing email and a short description of the issue.
Access or playback problems
If a paid film is missing from your library, will not play, is materially different from its description or cannot be supplied, contact us. We will investigate and try to restore access or correct the problem within a reasonable time. If the problem cannot be resolved, or applicable law gives you a right to an immediate remedy, we will provide the appropriate refund or other remedy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Please report duplicate payments or a charge for an order you did not place. We will review the payment records and refund confirmed erroneous charges. Never send your complete card number, security code or account password to support.
Changing your mind
Digital films are supplied for immediate streaming. If you have not yet received access and wish to cancel, contact us promptly so we can review your request. Where applicable law grants a cooling-off or withdrawal right, we respect it. That right is lost for immediate digital supply only when the required express consent and acknowledgement have been provided and supply has begun. We do not treat a general acceptance of the terms as a waiver of all refund rights.
How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the outcome by email. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit becomes visible, subject to any deadlines imposed by applicable law. Access to a fully refunded film is removed from the refunded purchase; other purchases in your library are unaffected.

- For playback issues, your device, browser and any error message.
