Your account

Use an accurate email address so we can link purchases to your account and send your password setup and order messages. Keep your login secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract under the law that applies to you.

What you are buying

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the specified film through FZ Films. It is not a subscription, a physical product or a promise of a downloadable file. Preview photographs illustrate the film; consult its title, description and listed duration before purchasing. Playback quality depends on the source video, your connection, device and browser.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout explicitly shows another currency. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before you place your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or fees. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We provide access after the order is confirmed as paid; a pending or unsuccessful payment does not grant access.

Digital delivery and your library

After successful payment, the film appears in My library under the purchasing account. You can return to it while the service and licensed film remain available. There is no recurring fee for that film. We do not impose a rental expiry unless the product explicitly says so before purchase. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons. If we cannot supply a purchased film or permanently withdraw access, contact us for an appropriate remedy under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Immediate access

Checkout asks you to request immediate supply of the digital film. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period, that right may end once supply begins only when the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been given. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content.

Permitted use

Enjoy your films for personal viewing. Do not share or sell account access, redistribute or publicly broadcast the films, bypass access controls or use the site to interfere with another person’s account. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or material misuse, while preserving rights and remedies required by law.

Read our Refund Policy for payment errors, playback problems and refund requests. Our Support page explains how to recover access and contact us. We do not exclude any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Nothing here prevents you from using a competent consumer authority or court available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue directly.

Updates

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The terms and product information accepted at purchase continue to govern that purchase except where changes are required by law or agreed with you.
