No. Each film is purchased individually. There are no recurring charges for that purchase.

Yes. Use a current browser and a reliable internet connection. Videos stream within your library through the embedded player. The available quality depends on the video and your device and connection.

Check your connection, reload the page and try a current version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge. A browser extension may be blocking the embedded player; try a private window with the relevant extension disabled. If the problem continues, send us the film title, device, browser and exact error message.

Check spam and promotions folders and confirm the email address was entered correctly. Use the password reset page if needed. Contact support if you still cannot sign in; do not create a second account to recover an existing purchase.

Your purchase provides personal streaming access through FZ Films. It does not include a downloadable file or permission to share, resell or publicly broadcast the film.

Read the Refund Policy and email support with your order number and the problem. We will review payment errors, access problems and other requests under that policy and applicable law.
